We want you to love your sustainable style, so if your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and still have their original eco-friendly tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid sustainable shipping label provided at the end of the return process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Plants

  Place the items in their original compostable packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
